Turf Animal is a powerful, plant-based enzyme cleaner designed to safely eliminate stains and odors on a wide variety of surfaces. Whether you're treating artificial turf, pet areas, patios, carpets, or tile, follow these easy steps to Unleash the Clean.
Artificial Turf
How to Use:
Prepare the Area: Use a Turf Power Sweep or something similar to get all debris up off the turf first.
Shake Well: Before each use, give the bottle a good shake to ensure the enzymes are evenly distributed.
For Hose End Sprayers: Attach directly to your garden hose and set to the recommended dilution. (Dial to 4oz Per Gallon)
For ready-to-use spray bottles: Simply twist the nozzle to the spray setting.
For Two Gallon Pump Sprayer: Pour in 8oz f concentrate to sprayer. Fill with water to 2-gallon line. Pump to pressurize. Spray evenly over turf, overlapping passes for thorough coverage. Allow to air dry. No rinse needed.
For Backpack Fogger: Add 8oz concentrate to 2 Gallon Fogger. Lightly fog over turf, focusing on areas where pets frequently urinate.
Let sit. No need to rinse. Enzymes will keep working as turf dries. PRO TIP: Use a fine mist setting so it penetrates fibers without pooling.

Apply Generously: Spray evenly across the surface until damp. Pay special attention to high-traffic and pet areas.
Let it Work: Allow the solution to penetrate for at least 10–15 minutes. For tough stains or odors, gently brush the area.
No Rinsing Needed: Let the area air dry. The enzymes will continue to break down organic matter long after application.
Frequency Once a week to keep turf fresh and odor-free.
Gravel and Concrete
How to Use:
Prepare the Area: Blow off any loose debris like leaves or dirt.
Shake Well: Ensure the product is well-mixed before each use.
Spray Liberally:
For hose-end sprayers: Attach to your hose, set to the recommended setting, and saturate the surface.
For ready-to-use bottles: Spray evenly until the area is damp.
Let it Sit: Allow Turf Animal to penetrate for 10–15 minutes. This gives the enzymes time to break down organic stains and odors.
No Rinsing Required: Simply let it air dry. The natural enzymes keep working even after it dries.
For Tough Stains or Heavy Build-Up:
Apply a second coat and scrub with a stiff brush to work the solution into textured surfaces or crevices.
Frequency: Use every 1–2 weeks for general freshness, or more often in high-traffic pet areas.
Tile/Floors
How to Use:
Sweep or Vacuum First: Remove dust, hair, and loose debris so Turf Animal can work directly on stains and odors.
Shake Well: Before each use, shake the bottle thoroughly.
Spray or Mop:
For spot cleaning, spray directly onto the affected area and wipe with a clean cloth.
For larger areas, add 4–6 ounces per gallon of warm water in a mop bucket. Mop as usual, making sure to wring out excess water.
Allow to Air Dry: No rinsing needed. The enzymes continue breaking down organic messes even after drying.
For Tough Odors & Stains:
Spray directly on the problem area, let sit for 10–15 minutes, then wipe or lightly scrub.
Frequency:Use weekly for general maintenance or as needed for targeted odor control.
Carpet/Upholstery
How to Use:
Vacuum First: Remove any loose dirt or hair so Turf Animal can penetrate deeper into the fibers.
Shake Well: Always shake the bottle before use to activate the enzymes.
Test for Colorfastness: Spray a small, hidden area first to ensure fabric or carpet color is not affected.
Apply Generously:
Spray directly onto the stained or odorous area until damp.
For deeper penetration, lightly work the solution into the fibers with a soft brush or cloth.
Let it Sit: Allow Turf Animal to dwell for 10–15 minutes so the enzymes can break down organic matter.
Blot & Air Dry: Blot with a clean, dry towel to absorb excess moisture. No rinsing needed. Allow to air dry completely.
For Heavy Stains & Odors:
Repeat application and gently scrub or blot between applications.
Frequency: Use as needed for spills and accidents, or do a light spray every few weeks to keep carpets and upholstery fresh.
